The Autumn Retreat will be held on 24th to 27th September in the wonderful energy of Gougane Barra and, as usual it’s filling up fast. For details of times and availability of places please contact Mary, details below.

Those who have done a retreat in the past need neither explanation nor encouragement – the benefits are simply phenomenal (in the true sense of the word!) For those who have never experienced it a retreat is a major growth point on the path; a safe place and time to explore who and what you really are away from the madness of the daily grind.

As well as looking at Ascension in all its aspects we will be dealing in detail with many of its subsets. E.g. Ritual and Ceremony, Elementals and Guardians, as well as the correct training and methodologies involved. We will also, by popular request, be recapping the Seven Expansions.

As always please feel free to contact me with any points you would like raised on the retreat.

In addition to “outside” clothes and hiking gear, please bring any pillows or yoga mats you would normally use as well as comfortable loose clothing. Please also bring note book and pen/cil candles and incense/smudge sticks if you have them. If you have an uplifting book or story to share please feel free to bring it along.

 It is helpful to focus on stillness, in your daily life, as much as possible for a few days prior to the retreat.
